About Jakoby
my name is jakoby. i am eleven and i am in sixth grade. my hobbies are dirtbiking, soccer, and football. ive been dirtbiking sinse i was in kindergarden. i started playing soccer when i was three. i was in tackle football when i was in first grade.
it is my first year at Yankton Middle School. my classes are music, reading, social studies, math, sience, computers, and physical education. my two favorite classes are math and physical education. my afterschool activities right now are science olympiad and mathcounts. in science olympiad you can build things like bottle rockets or you can even do forensics. in mathcounts you do math problems and have competitions.
dirtbiking is something everybody should try. it is my most favorite hobby. i got my first dirtbike when i was five. my grandpa and my dad tought me how to ride. my first dirtbike was a yamaha pw fifty. i rode it until i was nine years old. then my dad bought me a kawasaki klx 110. this fall he got me a kawasaki klx 125 after he sold my 110. i havent rode it yet, but im excited to get to ride it next summer.
i love playing soccer too, but i havent been on a league team for a few years. i used to be really good but i havent played a lot of it since i was on a team. i used to be on a team every year at my dads house, but i havent been these last few years because i would rather go camping and dirtbiking.
football is really fun too, but i usually just play it with neighborhood kids. i havent been on a team since i was in first grade. ive gotten better over the last few years. next year i am going to play tackle football on the school team.
next year i might even play ice hockey. it sounds fun but i havent played before because i dont know how to skate. iam going to try to learn this winter.

my name is taelor. i am seven years old and in first grade. my hobbies are reading and i like to run. i also like to ride my bike and play with my friends.
i am in first grade and i go to lincoln elementary. my favorite thing in school is science. during recess i play tag with my friends. on december eighth i am having a winter sing. it is a concert where kids from my school sing winter songs.
i like to read picture books that have chapters. my favorite genre is adventure. i like adventure books that end sad. i like reading because it feels like you are in the story.
i like to run far distances. when i run i get energy and it wakes me up. if i run for a long time i can build my endurence. when you run past houses it is intersting to see what people have.
i like to ride my bike because you can go fast, but you can also go slow. you can see people outside and say hi, but sometimes you dont. you can get places an it is faster then running or walking. it is also good exercise for your legs.
i like playing tag with my friends. when i go to my friends house we put make-up on, we do each others hair and we play dress-up. we play games on the computer. i like my friends because they are nice to me, they tell me the truth, and they sometimes make presents for me.
my favorite animal is a wolf. i like them because their howl is pretty and they can be sled-dogs.
